The “Skills for I4.0” Project aims to contribute to the development of the necessary skills to increase the employment of young people in the transition from automation of production processes to Industry 4.0. In this context, we organized a workshop with the participation of young people and employers in Turkey on 20.02.2024 to compare the skills required for Industry 3.0 and 4.0 in the European dimension and to determine the skills required for Industry 4.0 according to the result of this comparison.
